Art Toolkit folio palette

52 eighth pans of soil-based watercolor paint plus a large mixing pan are set in an Art Toolkit brand folio palette. Rust-proof aluminum case measures 5-5/16" x 3-3/8" x 1/4"* (~135 mm x 86 mm x 7 mm) when closed.

Metal pans have color numbers noted on the bottom (more info about colors here) and can be rearranged to your heart's content. Palettes are packaged in cotton bag slipped into a compostable sleeve and set in a rigid box with an info card and several corn starch packing peanuts.

As with all natural minerals, soil-based watercolors can have characteristics that cause them to shrink and swell. This is normal and natural and will result in occasional cracks (as you can see in these images). This does not impact the quality or function of the watercolors.
